Communicate with Power and Improve Executive Performance



Senior executive for an international manufacturing company was asked by the CEO to dramatically increase sales. The cornerstone of this sales strategy included a road tour, presentations at trade shows and high level meetings with key clients to persuade them to adopt the company’s new business model. The executive needed to improve his comfort level speaking to large audiences, learn to create presentations more quickly and effectively communicate the company’s new sales approach to both internal and external audiences.


The executive engaged Chakisse Newton and Cardinal Consulting for a custom speech coaching program including both onsite and remote coaching. We developed a new corporate presentation template, crafted other presentations for different sales audiences and worked on the fundamentals of effective communication. Cardinal Consulting also collaborated with the Director of Marketing to clarify key corporate messaging and align it with the company’s new vision.
